Farming Experience

Step directly into our fields and enjoy the simple joy of harvest! Under the guidance of our professional tutors, participants will learn how to identify ripe, seasonal fruits and vegetables and harvest them firsthand. This activity offers a wonderful opportunity to sample fresh, local organic produce while encouraging participants to choose seasonal, locally grown ingredients—a key step toward adopting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. By extending these low-carbon eating habits back to their own homes, participants can deepen their real-world learning and practice beyond the classroom.

To ensure optimal quality, the specific crop types are designated by the farm depending on the season. Each participant will get to harvest and take home a generous half-catty portion (approx. 300g) of their own fresh pickings.

Activity Duration: About 25 minutes

Target Participants: Kindergarten / Primary School / Secondary School / Tertiary Institutions / General Public / Corporate Groups / Families

Group Size: Minimum 20 participants for group visit packages; Minimum 4 participants for $148 Individual Visit

Fee: Additional $30 /pax for group visit packages and the $148 Individual Visit

Remarks: Visiting groups can add this activity to their group visit. In the $148 Individual Visit, visitors can choose 2 out of the following 4 activities: Designated Workshop/ Pick-Your-Own-Organic-Veggies (300g)/ 30-minute Farm Tour/ Farming Experience. If you wish to give back to the community through this workshop, the farm can represent your group by donating the packaged organic veggies to people in need across society.
