School Gardening Course/ Urban Farming Course

This gardening programme is specially designed for schools and corporate groups. By growing crops, herbs, or ornamental plants, we help transform school campuses or office rooftops into lively green spaces. This urban farming practice not only creates a relaxing and comfortable environment but also serves as an excellent platform for promoting sustainability and mental well-being.

Under the guidance of our professional tutors, participants become urban farmers and go through the full organic growing process—from sowing seeds and transplanting seedlings to weeding, pest control, and harvesting. This hands‑on time with soil and nature effectively reduces study and work stress, while strengthening team spirit. Watching the crops grow and finally harvesting them gives participants a real sense of achievement and a deeper appreciation for food.

The programme can also be tailored to include special themes, such as Chinese culture, national security, and farming wisdom based on the 24 Solar Terms, as well as an introduction to Chinese herbal medicine and herbal tea culture. Participants can also get creative by turning their harvest into healthy, low‑carbon snacks and drinks, sharing the results and creating green, low‑carbon, and energetic team memories together.
