Our policy lasts 2 days (including holidays). Vegetables are perishable, if 2 days have gone by since the delivery received, unfortunately we cannot offer you any claim.
We only replace or exchange for same value items if they are damaged when bought.
To be eligible for the claim, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Take photos of the damage immediately when you received the delivery. Report the case to our farm within 2 days by email (email@example.com) AND telephone (+852 2838 4808).
To complete your claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, the photos of damaged goods.
Replacement or exchange of goods will depend on the availability of goods during the period.
There are certain situations when only partial replace or exchange are granted.
Replacement of the goods will be delivered in the next delivery when you place new order.
