Terms and Conditions

1. Ordering

Online order must be placed before the cut-off day of the delivery date. Order cut-off time is at 4:00pm.

2. Delivery

Thank you for your continuous support to HKFYG Organic Farm, in order to optimise the delivery arrangement, please note that there are some changes on the cut off date and time for placing order starting from 30/7/2020 ：

Delivery arrival time should be expected between 10:30am to 5:30pm

Monday and Thursday Delivery:

Order should be placed on Wednesday or Saturday before 4:00 pm

Wednesday and Friday Delivery:

Order should be placed on Monday or Thursday before 4:00 pm

3. Delivery cost

Delivery charge will be applied in the following schedules of order amount

- $150 to $250 delivery charge $50

- $ 251 or more free delivery

No delivery arrangement to Islands, Ma Wan and remote area.

4. Payment: Credit card only.
