Organic farming is an alternative agricultural practice that emphases on the use naturally occurring substances on planting crops.  From fertilizers to pest control, organic farming eliminates the use of synthetic substances.  By properly rotating planting cycle, organic farming can increase the yield of different crops.  Organic farming also gives rise of many benefits such as  food safety, sustainability and environmental friendliness.

HKFYG Organic Farm leverages compost as main fertilizer for plants to grow.  By decomposing horse manure together with wood bran as fertilizers, we ensure all crops output from the farm received natural nutrients.
