Participants will assemble their own solar-powered electric model cars from scratch—experiencing everything from component integration to test-running—for a comprehensive, hands-on dive into technology and engineering application. Through this workshop, participants will gain an intuitive and deep understanding of the physical principles behind converting solar energy into electricity, while discovering the importance of low-carbon living and renewable energy in combating climate change.
This workshop focuses on cultivating students' practical skills and creative thinking. It inspires a sense of environmental responsibility by integrating the concepts of "green tech" and "sustainability" into their everyday learning. Our tutors will also guide students to extend their classroom knowledge, challenging and sharpening the participants' problem-solving skills along the way. If weather permits, participants can even bring their creations to race against one another in an exciting mini solar car tournament!
